Assassin’s Creed Odyssey unlockables – the addition of Bayek
Aside from your usual Assassin’s Creed Odyssey unlockables we have seen the addition of Assassin’s Creed Syndicate’s Evie Fry, but next up on the list is someone a little more on the popular scale – Assassin’s Creed Origins legendary Bayek.
You can now get Bayek to jump aboard your ship as a legendary lieutenant by purchasing him as a legacy character via the Ubisoft Club. He’ll be able to serve whilst onboard as well as be called upon to assist you within a battle.
What’s so great about that?
Good question, in previous games within the Assassin’s Creed franchise you have been given the ability to strut your Assassin’s stuff wearing clothes from other characters in the series. With the addition of the new RPG mechanics in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey along with new gear sets, this has been shown to be a little bit more difficult to make available.
Weekly bounties are here too
In addition to the Assassin’s Creed Odyssey unlockables to include Bayek, Ubisoft have finally brought in the weekly ship and mercenary bounty side missions. Last week there were issues with implementing the new bounty missions, technical issues to be specific, we are finally going to see a new Black Wind Ship which is in place essentially to hunt down anything that stands in its way. All you’ll need to do to defeat the ship is to collect your bounty, track the ship somewhere in the sea and then defeat it. You’ll also be rewarded with an in-game currency (a premium currency that is) of Orichalcum as well as some shiny new sails.
