Battlefield 5 Firestorm Release Date Confirmed

battlefield-5-firestorm-release-date

This won’t have been the first time we’ve seen any of the game footage from Battlefield 5’s firestorm mode, I mean it was only the beginning of this week that a Firestorm tutorial trailer leaked. Rather than ifs and buts though we now have a fully-fledged trailer along with a Battlefield 5 Firestorm release date.

When is the Battlefield 5 Firestorm release date?

Okay the important news and what you’re here for; when exactly is the Battlefield 5 Firestorm release date? If you watch the trailer below until it finishes it tells us that the Battlefield 5 Firestorm release date is pretty soon – the 25th March in fact! Some point this month, as highlighted in the Apex legends 2019 roadmap, will see Season 1 of Apex legends arrive some point this month – when exactly that is though is unknown.

The Firestorm is shown in full-colour high def to show the devastating effects it will bring to the table, combine that with an additional vehicle that seems to do fine in water and we could be looking at a pretty interesting game mode. Although players will be able to somehow work their way through firestorm’s engulfed flames, the storm can take down an entire structure with no trouble – so players should expect a few third-degree burns at minimum. Not that it makes sense that the storm can rip through a building while players are able to keep moving…

Additionally the Battlefield 5 Firestorm release date trailer gives us a little more detail about the earlier leaked safes, which no doubt are going to hold some real wrecking tools at standard.

Not long to wait now, bring on the storm!

I've been a gamer ever since I was old enough to hold a controller, early 90's to be exact. My first console was a NES, with my favourite games ranging from Super Mario to Duck Hunt. Fast forward almost 30 years and I'm now a PS4, PC and Switch player. My ideal genres are RPG and RTS titles, so Assassin's Creed, Kingdom Hearts, Viv 6 and Two Point Hospital are included in my mix.

Have your say!
