PS Plus August 2018 Games Finally Revealed AND Confirmed

PS Plus August 2018

The long wait is over, the PS Plus August 2018 announcement finally dropped today after being delayed a week later than fans were expected, and oh boy it was worth the wait. This month PlayStation have dropped some very appealing games into their lineup that fans are going to want to sink their teeth into.

Check oout the reveal clip below hot off the PlayStation press to see the games you’ll be getting as part of your PlayStation Plus subscription.

Mafia III (PS4)

Personally I’ve never played any of the previous titles in the Mafia franchise, and I’ve heard varied reviews as to whether the gangster-infused game is worth a shot – needless to say though with it being free its a worthy title worth adding to your library.

Dead by Daylight (PS4) Star Struck PS Plus game of the month

As another addition to one of those games you always have on your list to play, Dead By Daylight is definitely one of them. Whether you take on the role of a savage killer or one of the four survivors being hunted, this is one thriller that’ll keep you on your toes. With it being purely multiplayer you might want to remind the others that have a mic in use not to scream if you hack their ass down with a machete!

Although the above mentioned titles are coming, PlayStation always do a great job of not forgetting about the other platforms to ensure no one misses out, here;s a list of all the games that are coming free in the PS Plus August 2018 lineup.

Bound by Flame (PS3)

Serious Sam 3: BFE (PS3)

Draw Slasher (PS Vita)

Space Hulk (PS Vita)

PSVR
Here They Lie – August 7 – October 2 (PS VR)

Knowledge is Power – August 7 – November 6 (PS4)

I've been a gamer ever since I was old enough to hold a controller, early 90's to be exact. My first console was a NES, with my favourite games ranging from Super Mario to Duck Hunt. Fast forward almost 30 years and I'm now a PS4, PC and Switch player. My ideal genres are RPG and RTS titles, so Assassin's Creed, Kingdom Hearts, Viv 6 and Two Point Hospital are included in my mix.

Have your say!
